Upgraded to .732 and lost apps

Ok so I upgraded to .732 from .624 and lost all my games, memo, tasks, office docs, and I beleive some other things. I followed the instructions on how to upgrade, but when I restore with BBSAK 1.7 after DM, it says apps restored immediately after I click it. Can I do something about this.
