i am having each day very big difficulties in using my device 9520- storm2
Just have it for 2 weeks and each day the touchscren is blocking. I have to release
the battery very often ,very bad functioning. Once or twice a day having this problem ……
Also ,very often when I choose something from menu the dice is getting me out …
again the battery must be released and restart phone. Several times I couldn’ t even answer
calls because touscreen didn’t work….. making fool of myself in front of my business partners

I do not know if this is mechanical problem with this type of touchscreen or is it the software.

Anyway , it ‘s not working at all.
Does anybody have an answer? or should I better change my phone?
