Any how, I went on Youtube to try and figure out why my touch screen would not function any longer (I remember getting it slightly wet one day and it had a water spot, but after that it was like the screen was back up and running); there was a video on how to disassemble the Storm so I thought maybe my screen was the problem or it just was not lubricated enough because it would usually feel almost smooth, but ever since the problem occured it felt almost dry and every time my finger slid across the screen it would not activate the motion sensors until I salivated it. Anyway, I decided it was best to remove the screen seeing as it looked like it was allowed to be removed and once I had done so, that’s when the screen turned completely black. I removed the battery several times and nothing has changed. There has to be a way that I can manually reassemble the screen (I’m thinking maybe something malfunctioned electrically), if there’s a reset button or something.
Can somebody please help me here? Everything on my phone works still, I could receive calls and even press the dial pad if only I knew what I was pressing. I hope it isn’t severe and no I don’t have insurance.
Discussion/Download: Screen won’t return to normal (its completely black)
