Pulled the USB cord when upgrading to new OS

i was upgrading to the newest OS and it got stuck on the 3rd step that says “Reboot – connecting to device, this may take up to 30 minutes”.

well it took over 2 hours, so i disconnected the device to get my SIM card out of it & put my SIM in a different phone so that i could call at&t.

…the phone is now stuck on the orange AT&T world phone screen.

before you ask, i’ve done several battery pulls & it is still at the at&t screen.

is there any way to fix this or do i need to take it back?
