Plss 6710n will blink nokia 3 times after flashing

hello big guys, i have 2 6710n after flashing them with the latest version 031.022, flashed okay, factory reset ok, if powered on only blink nokia 3 times and off. Plsss this is the fourth time am flashing 6710n without working fine, plsss any tricks. Thanks
