I know a lot of people are having issues with their new Torch or have complaints about what was left out or not increased etc etc but I just wanted to put it out there that I love my new Torch. I came from the Bold 9000 and loved that phone also and was not planning to upgrade to the Torch but I loved it from the second I played with it in the store. I had no issues with my Bold 9000 (except for some battery drain that was fixed by QuickPull once a day) and I have had no issues (hardware or software) with my Torch so I guess I have been lucky with phones. All my keys work great, the slider works great and is not crooked, the track pad works and is also not crooked, I do not experience any lag or issues, and the touch screen works great. I love this phone and did not expect to. I feel bad for anyone who got a defective one and hope that when they exchange it they get one that works and love it as much as I love mine. I am a Blackberry Girl through and through so I was so excited to love this phone. I love the way you can pick up a Blackberry and know how to use it right away but still have options to what you whish to do with it. I hope Blackberry keeps the slider around with upgrades in the future. I like the touch screen but having the keyboard there is just comforting to me in case I need or want to use it. Anyways I’m just a happy blackberry Torch owner and wanted to share.
