Ebay Message Problems

Hello,

Is there a work around the issue of not being able to respond to Ebay customers now that Ebay has changed their messaging system? I have tried to use the new Ebay App, but takes for ever to load messages. Would like to be able to email directly from the Blackberry again. I gather it has to do with the Blackberry going through its own mail server?? Any help would be great.
