I recently got a BB Bold 9650. I’m trying to create a custom profile but it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I didn’t have any difficulty with my former blackberry and I’m wondering if I’m missing something. The custom ringtone I’ve set works but the sound I’ve chosen for SMS is not working. I’m very frustrated so if anyone has any ideas as to what the problem could be, I’ll be very happy for the help.
