should i go for this instead if 9650? my brother uses torch & i wasnt much satisfied with the device so dont ask me to buy that. just compare me with 9650 & 9700. i know 9650 has 512 and 9700 with 256, but will that matter a lot with OS6? will i face problem when RIM releases OS7 or OS6.5? is it a good idea buying 9700 this time?
