Hi, I’m having a big problem with mi phone. Recently I upgrade from 4.6 to 5.0.0.822 using a method from this page (using BBSAK & low level Wipe). The upgrade went smooth and everything seems to be ok but when I turn the mobile network it doesn’t get to EDGE. I can only use the hotspot browser, no BBM, no internet, etc.
I have tried everything: go to advance options>host routing table>register now,send service books from my carrier web page, reinstalling the software, battery pull, use another sim card with bis, reinstalling certificates, security wipe.
Im from México using Telcel and I´m afraid that if I call them they would avoid my warranty or something like that for updating with an AT&T update. Please help me I’m desperate!!!! :confused::(
